CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

UKE 1  

 

Entry-level class for Absolute Beginners. No musical background needed! You’ll learn EVERYTHING about how to hold and tune your ukulele, make chords, strum, and play lots of fun easy songs in the key of C. Big fun!

UKE 2   

 

Functional beginner. You’ll learn to play with fluency in the Keys of C and G. Warm-ups and great chord-change strategies. Lots of strumming and fun songs in music's 2 most popular keys!

UKE 2.5    

 

Advanced beginner. You’ll learn fun strumming variations,  including the famous “Chuck”. We're ramping up the groove with some irresistible rhythm techniques, with lots of fun rocking songs to learn and play along with!

UKE-INTERMEDIATE Option 1: 

 

Early Intermediate. You’ll learn Up-the-Neck Chord Inversions and how to use them for great energy and variety. Beautiful and powerful Instrumentals and Songs, including the hauntingly beautiful 'Pachelbel’s Canon'

UKE-INTERMEDIATE Option 2:

 

Early Intermediate. You’ll learn to play in 6/8 time, with fun songs to learn and play along with. You'll also earn about the magic of Moveable Chord Shapes, and how we can use them to add powerful variations, riffs, and energy to your songs.
